The Sopris Sundeck: a beautiful home with an unbelievable deck overlooking the town of Carbondale and 13,000 foot Mount Sopris. This two bedroom, two bathroom, 1,000 square foot freestanding guest house is your perfect jumping-off point to Glenwood Springs, Carbondale, Basalt, and Aspen. Sleep four comfortably or six when using the brand new queen-sized memory foam pull out couch. Enjoy a spacious deck overlooking Carbondale and all the amenities you could desire.

The moment you walk into this gorgeous detached guest house you are greeted by the most stunning view of Mount Sopris. Lounge in front of a roaring fire while you watch a movie or play games, cook in your full kitchen with granite countertops, and enjoy the sunset on your large deck overlooking Carbondale. This space has high ceilings, heating and cooling, and all the amenities you desire for the perfect getaway. We allow up to two pets at this home with approval and an additional pet fee - please read the pet policy below to make sure it works for your trip!

The master bedroom has a queen bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and jetted tub, walk-in closet, and a sliding door to your own private deck space. The second bedroom has a queen bed, closet, separate bathroom, and a door to the deck so you can wake up with views to Mount Sopris. The living room features a large stone fireplace for you to cozy up to as well as a pull out queen-sized couch with memory foam mattress for two additional guests. Enjoy the sun setting over the mountains while you play a game, watch a movie, or just relax and enjoy the view! The open kitchen features granite countertops, gas range stove, oven, and dishwasher. We provide you with everything you need to create the perfect meal: blender, coffee maker, utensils, crockery, salt, pepper, sugar, and olive oil. Slide open the back door and step out onto your large deck overlooking Carbondale. The Sopris Sundeck is the perfect spot for a family or group of friends to enjoy all the adventure of the Roaring Fork Valley.

PLEASE NOTE:

 

- This home is positioned on the side of Red Hill, overlooking the entire valley. There is a small amount of road noise that can be heard from the deck as you are a 1/4 mile away from HWY 82.

 

- PET POLICY: We allow up to two well-behaved DOGS in the space as long as they are disclosed to us before arrival. There is a $100 pet fee for every 7 nights at the home. Airbnb is only able to charge for the first 7-nights so, if you book for over 7 nights, we will send you the remaining pet fee through the resolution center after booking. If pets are not disclosed and the pet policies are not followed, there is a $500 fine. Pets cannot be left alone in the home alone (unless crated), dispose of pet waste, and please keep pets off of furniture. Please follow these rules if your dog is staying with us and help us keep this space pet-friendly for our guests!

 

- Boutique Mountain Homes verifies identity and checks criminal databases for guests we host. After booking this space you will receive an email to complete your screening from our third-party guest verification company. By booking this space, you agree to complete this verification within 24 hours of booking.

 

- We require the home to be cleaned every 14 days during a stay, a service that is included in your booking payment up to 29 nights. If you have booked for 30+ nights, an additional payment will be requested after your booking is confirmed to cover this service.
